EDIT -- I finished installing the remaining rails and they work great. There are no problems with them at all. I recommend them. As you can see, the ball bearings on one of the sliders have come loose. When I first pushed the drawer in it didn't go past a certain point, when I pulled it out again I noticed that the ball bearing mount looked weird. Well the bracket fell off when I removed the slider from the cabinet. These sliders feel solid and well built, my optimism tells me I just got a bad one. Notice that the first drawer pull is pretty gentle. These sliders require you to push and wiggle sideways to get the drawer into place. However, once the box is in place, the sliders work very smoothly and as intended. I have a few more of these sliders to fit, hopefully all goes well and I'll be sure to keep an eye on the ball bearing mounts.
