Cook with little to no oil and nothing sticks. It is very easy to clean. You can literally wipe them with a damp cloth. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the larger pan had a few scuffs and scratches on the outside. A small note is included with the pans to ensure full satisfaction. You are asked to contact them directly if you have any problems. I contacted them 3 times waiting for a response and waiting to use the big pot of errors. In the end I just gave up any kind of answer and used my pan. The flaws had nothing to do with how well they worked, just the looks. However, when purchasing anything like crockery, I expect the product to arrive without defects. It was very disappointing that there was no reply at all. But to be honest they are of much better quality than other very popular options.
