I like that this program is very easy to use and has many features which can be used as needed by our agency.

The system does not have any bugs or glitches at present but it's always good to know what you are getting into before signing up! There isn't anything bad about qladmin so far; however there may be some things we don't need right now (such as more reporting options) until further expansion/growth occurs within our organization. If your looking for something simple yet powerful then definitely check them out they're great people too who will help guide you through everything from start to finish if necessary. We've been able to streamline processes such as file maintenance, billing, renewal notices etc.
