QLAdmin Review

It has helped us manage our employee's benefits better than any other system we have used before! We've had employees that were not able switch from one carrier/plan administrator - it was very hard getting them transferred over when they left or switched carriers because there is no way around this product at least as far I know!! Other products are much more user friendly (and cheaper!) but if you're looking specifically for managing your plan documents then go ahead & give these guys another

I like that this program is very easy to use and has many features which can be used as needed by our agency. The system does not have any bugs or glitches at present but it's always good to know what you are getting into before signing up! There isn't anything bad about qladmin so far; however there may be some things we don't need right now (such as more reporting options) until further expansion/growth occurs within our organization. I like that it is very easy to use once you get used to how everything looks/works within this program. There are some features where there could be more options available but overall we haven't had any issues using qladmin as far as functionality goes.
