It has helped us manage our employee's benefits better than any other system we have used before! We've had employees that were not able switch from one carrier/plan administrator - it was very hard getting them transferred over when they left or switched carriers because there is no way around this product at least as far I know!! Other products are much more user friendly (and cheaper!) but if you're looking specifically for managing your plan documents then go ahead & give these guys another try. They can't be beat by anything else really so don't hesitate just do what makes sense best for YOU!! Make sure everyone knows how easy everything works once set up correctly! This will help keep track of changes made throughout each year which helps save time later down the road too. !
