The timer ticks softly during the countdown. There is no way to control the ticking, the volume of the ticking and there is no way to turn off the alarm by timer. The alarm silencer does not work. The clock side of what I received is not working. None of the arrows move. The 60 minute timer works, but most people will be disappointed with a device that arrives half broken. I wish the volume of the ticking could be adjusted so I could make it louder. You can only hear it when the room is quiet. The product's name says it's quiet, but it ticks.
