I like that it pulls inventory from my other systems when adding new stock which makes life easy for our account reps who are out in remote locations doing demos. Also very user friendly - no need to keep switching between programs or looking up phone numbers etc. The tool is buggy at times so sometimes you have to refresh your page before pulling info but this doesn't happen often enough to be annoying. We use Quip mainly as an additional system where we can pull quotes with pictures then post them online without having to upload photos separately if they exist already through another software. Having used other software for inventory management, I liked that this one was user friendly. I could get my employees up and running quickly. There wasn't much to dislike as far as functionality goes. At times it would be difficult to see what you were looking at if you were trying to navigate the site. Sometimes when searching for something in particular, you couldn't find it. We are using this software for inventory control, but we are also able to use it for purchasing and payroll.
