I had VERY trouble opening the case. It closes with a slider that closes a latch, much like a window. There is a hole at one end of the sliding section to keep it closed. The only thing they sent me was a screed in the hole cut off at the very edge of the case. There is no scope to take scissors or a knife to carefully remove the tie. It was scary to cut off, I slipped a box knife and pulled it up hoping I wouldn't cut myself. I finally got it. And damaged the hull in the process. At more than double the price for nice colors, I'd like to stick with plain yellow. It cannot be returned because it is damaged, although the damage is due to the packaging. In the app was a card with instructions on how to contact the manufacturer if something was wrong. I don't think I will bother about it, you can read about it here. I give one star for the packaging and another for the price. It's not big money, but I'd like to know beforehand. I've used screwdrivers a few times and guess what I remember every time I open a suitcase and see the damage? I will remember this manufacturer - and look elsewhere.
