1000% better than the cone. My husband has a bond with Sheldon Black and made fun of me for buying cheap stuff, but now we use it as much as he does. I'm curious to see how it clears up after it's gone nasty. We simply use a heat gun (or a hair dryer) to remove the regrind from the bottom of the Sheldon Black, but I'm not sure how much heat this glass can take, so I have to be more careful. But I will give an update later. So far I am very happy with my purchase!
