Review on Toyo Observe G3-Ice 235/45 R17 94 winter by Mateusz Marek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just super, it's beautifully made, I'm very happy with it.

It's a Skoda Rapid, a fast automobile. For reference, I use a Velcro Nordman RS from the 1990s that is 70% worn. I've owned it for a month and put roughly 1,500 kilometers on it. After making the adjustment, the first thing I noticed was a smoother drift in corners, which occurs both on dry pavement and on snow but is quite predictable. However, if the old Velcro swerved on a bend, it would have been a shocking and unexpected change in direction. The same may be said about traveling in a straight path; there is always some wadding involved. However, I am a lot more assured when driving on snowy or icy roads. When set to an adequate mode, the ABS essentially eliminated the first slippage. Where the Velcro skidded to its utmost extent, this one skids slowly but rides. I drove it intentionally into the snowdrifts. If at all unsure, I would say to buy. April 2022 I put roughly 25,000 total kilometers on this tire over the course of three seasons. The remaining 6-7mm of tread is in excellent condition. To my delight, my calculated use of spikes resulted in the release of anywhere from one to four per tire. I am a cautious driver. The vibration I noticed after 90 km/h was noticeable after putting on my shoes for the second season after they had been stored. The wheels, in my mind, were. The vibration persisted even when I switched to a different set of wheels; I singed the suspension, but the problem went gone when I switched back to my summer shoes. Since the vibration is not severe in most situations and I rarely travel faster than 90 mph in the winter, I am willing to endure it for another two seasons. Plus, everything is balanced normally at the tire fitting; it doesn't walk, and you can't identify which tire it's connected with. Still, without hesitation, I endorse these tires. In a word, yes!

Pros
  • Floats on water and snow, is reasonably quiet for studs, and costs less
Cons
  • gentle swerving April of 2022, following second-season storage throughout the summer? cord's leader? Above 90 km/h, vibrations became noticeable.

I’ll have to buy one tire because of penetration, I liked the rubber. I drive a VAZ 2104 185/65 R14 fits perfectly in size

Great tires for this price range!
