Didn't work as expected

So I ordered a 100 amp switch for solar charging, this switch started working after just a few days (the first really sunny days). Apparently the switch only tripped at 75 amps. I was able to identify the problem because my system has logging capabilities so I could go back and see what wattage and voltage I was at when the switch turned off.
