The best backpack for cats

This backpack made my dream of walking my cat come true. I already have a bungee leash and cat harness, but Tycho isn't much of a walker. However, he's okay with being carried, so this is our compromise. I have extensively researched the cat backpacks online and I firmly believe that this is the best. Pros: NO big plastic bubble backpack. I'm a physicist so I can tell if the backpack is made of a hard, non-porous material. Plastic and there is a large clear acrylic bubble on it, it will heat up. This is because infrared heat can penetrate the clear acrylic and warm the cat inside. No vents or mesh reduce heat directly from infrared as it is radiant heat and NOT conduction. PLUS, when you turn the acrylic into a bubble shape, you literally turn it into a focus lens, perfectly positioned for your pet's cooking. - Made from durable fabric. I prefer this backpack because the material is fabric that blocks UVA, UVB and IR and the mesh material is only in the top half of the backpack. In some bags, the mesh is distributed over the entire wall or placed in small pockets on the sides. On windy, cold, or hot days when a cat wants to seek shelter from the weather, they may not be able to. With this bag, my cat just rolls onto the ground (purring like a motorboat) and takes a nap when the wind bothers him. I seriously underestimated how long I would be using this backpack because of the retractable handle on the back. I have bought my cat many beds, all in different styles. He doesn't want any of them. He loves that mesh backpack handle. I'm not sure if he likes being covered and hidden at the same time, but still being able to see if it smells nice, if it's soft, if it's warm, whatever, it I don't care, he likes it, I'm happy. (I put the backpack on the bedside table at night with the handle extended, facing the pillow, and Taiko will sleep in it at night, facing me.) The features emerge like a circular tunnel leading into the ground. My cat loves it and especially likes to lie in the enclosure. A circular tunnel space would not be compatible with his way of life. Comfortable to carry My cat weighs about 12 pounds which is not very heavy but she also likes to lie in a bag in odd configurations which makes her feel heavier. This bag has 2 sets of buckles that really help distribute the weight and I can wear it for an hour or two before it starts to get heavy. - Quality Construction This is something that is very difficult to tell about online products until you have bought them. The seams, zippers and seams on the handles are of very high quality. The window screen is very strong and my cut will not break it. It keeps its structure very well; It feels like a hard plastic base inside, covered with a layer of dense, soft foam and water-resistant fabric. The outside is a water resistant canvas material with very nice (1.3cm approx) hard plastic feet on the bottom so it doesn't sit directly on the floor. CONS: - No pre-trained cat included. So you still have to put on the straps! - The only "minus" I can think of is that the bag tends to fall off if you open both side panels and the retractable handle at the same time. . There's no way to fix this without adding MUCH more structure to the bag, making it MUCH heavier, so it's just a compromise. I just leave one side door open at a time while removing the handle. Also, the front zippered window can be left open independently from the side doors, giving the cat at least 3 ways to come out if they want.
