Incomplete set

I am making this Christmas stocking for my grandmother. In general the finished product will be very good but I am very concerned that I have already run out of 3 colors of floss. Contact information was provided along with a replacement kit if needed so I emailed them for a replacement filament. I was emailed with a chart that matches their thread brand and DMC brand and was told to go to my local craft store for a replacement. If you buy a kit now, you can reasonably expect it to have everything you need to complete the project. I didn't waste a single thread, but it wasn't enough to finish the job. Dissatisfied.
