Review on Bastex Universal Multi Function Adaptor Multi Purpose by Kirt Phillips

This has been discounted for review. Everything is OK. Simply good. It lives up to its main selling point of having many sockets in one. However, let's talk about what it isn't: No deep rosette. It's really, REALLY petty. The pins inside only retract about 1/2 inch, severely limiting the number of nuts and bolts they will fit. I struggled to get it on the Ikea table. Bolts or nuts that can't break without serious damage may and should keep that thing away. It doesn't hold nearly as well as a hex head. It is really suitable for odd shaped nuts, partially damaged nuts, hooks etc. If you can use an exact size wrench for a specific bolt please do so. The driver was a crushing ball. I literally had to hammer it, the fit was so bad. The quality of processing on the drive is really bad. I've used this for various screws and it works pretty well. I can't fault the product for not living up to its points, but don't think for a second that this is a tool kit replacement. I reserved it for assembling kids bikes, toys and Ikea furniture.
