Inexpensive tire repair tool
Screw loosened 3 minutes after tightening. The hex recesses are so shallow that I had a hard time screwing them back in with a hex wrench. First I smeared it with red Loctite to make sure it held. The rest of the work (soundproofing my jeep) seemed acceptable.
