Review on 🔗 HiyaHiya Double Point 6 inch (15cm) Sharp Steel Knitting Needles (Set of 5) - US 5 (3.75mm) Size, HISSTDP6-5 by Tara Ford

This is my first time trying these DPNs. I prefer 5" rosewood or ebony DPNs, but another seller was messing with my order and I needed something urgently, so I bought these based on the good reviews here at Revain. I have to agree with all of the reviewers here on how happy I am with these needles. They are very sharp but not as sharp as the Signature Needle Arts dpn needles (they are only sold with a hairpin point). They're hollow, so they're light. I have made one mitten with it so far and no burrs formed at the points, they were perfectly smooth and remain smooth to this day. I was hoping they would be 5 inches long for knitting socks but for adult mittens the sizing is the perfect length for me. This company also sells US size equivalents for European sizes that aren't typically made by other brands, which is very useful when you're working with a template that calls for one of those sizes. I miss the feel and feel of rosewood needles but I don't think these tips will dull over time like my most used rosewood needles do and you absolutely can't beat their price compared to the quality. As long as they continue to work without boron I plan to make it my trademark when I need a new pair of dpn!
