Annoying negatives are balanced with super fast speeds!

I'm getting speeds on my iPhone with Wi-Fi through this hotspot that's as fast as if I was next to my router or connected to ethernet! Super Fast Speeds! 500 Mbps in and 500 Mbps in Gigablast. It would probably be even faster, but before I connect to that access point, I have an ethernet cable that goes to a Netgear 5-port 1GB switch. Websites and videos load either instantly or very quickly! My only complaint is with the setup process. On the plus side, the hotspot doesn't reset like a router when you change WiFi settings, instead it updates settings very quickly. that the application's UI is terrible. Sometimes you get stuck on a screen that says "Loading" and it seems like it never loads. You just have to be patient and wait for it. But I had to close and reopen the app twice. Also, the app got stuck during the initial setup, requiring me to remove the device and scan the QR code to add it properly. On the screen I wanted to access the advanced wireless settings. I had to change the advanced WiFi settings after the setup process. The downsides aren't that big, which is why I'm giving this product 5 stars because overall it works surprisingly well! Update: The next day the hotspot suddenly shut down. I still had internet with my router so that was weird. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in. The problem is that the access point remained in "Wi-Fi Mesh Network Setup" mode, with the indicator constantly flashing blue green amber and not stopping, while intermittently turning off 2.4 GHz. and WiFi 5 GHz. I tried resetting it and it goes back into that mode. It's connected to a power supply and Cat7 ethernet to a switch that goes to the router below. We are now working on a solution.
