I was very excited to try this product after a friend recommended a similar product to me. This one looked like the design was a little easier to use, so I ordered it. The texture of the fibers was not the same as my friend's and this one literally fell apart 5 minutes after being taken out of the box. I didn't even have time to clean a ceiling fan when it broke in half.
