!). We found this knife easy to use, but it was difficult for ONE person to shell oysters for TWO (plus our baby, so THREE). We decided to order another cleaning knife but found it VERY difficult to use (the tip didn't curve as nicely as this one). We then ordered a DIFFERENT paring knife, but found the blade too thick and difficult to insert. My husband might use a different one (he likes a thick handle) but like Goldilocks, I'm sticking with THIS Victorinox knife - it fits EXACTLY. The gentle curve at the New Haven-style tip and thin (but strong) blade allow me to clean easily and effectively. The handle fits my hand well (I'm short and have a small hand, but I can hold onto it and generate the force to shake the oysters). I look forward to enjoying MANY oysters with this knife!
