Works great, at least so far!
Mine popped my RPi4 right out of my pocket and no problems so far. My Edgeswitch turned it on automatically and shows a 1GB connection. I looked at a lot of POE cases and hats before seeing the Argon One and decided this is the route I want to go. However, this does not allow the use of POE. It's not as pretty, but a lot more versatile!
