I like that it helps with our billing process as we are able to track each client for their appointments quickly! It gives us detailed information about clients including current medication intake/meds they received during appointment time so tracking who needs what when can help reduce mistakes or errors made from miscommunication between provider & patient (which happens sometimes). Sometimes there isn't enough info available within system depending if user has filled out previous notes before sending new ones - you don’t necessarily know which one will appear first but this could possibly fix itself over some days / weeks? The interface looks clunky at times especially compared other systems such EMR's etc.. Also not great having different apps required by various staff members i think would make life easier overall. Tracking med usage through app allows quick access whenever needed without wasting valuable office resources waiting until after hours just incase someone asks questions regarding medications used previously vs currently given medications. Ease of use- It's easy for our staff to navigate through the system. The ability to send messages to patients and have them reply with ease. I like that it allows us to create patient profiles right from the start. I dislike that it can get slow at times. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to load up but we are able to find the information we need quickly. It has helped us connect with our patients and keep them engaged.
