Sigmund AURA - User Friendly, Great Support Staff

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator/supervisor who didn't have any computer skills or knowledge at all when we first started using this system! The support staff are always willing help us with questions that arise during our day-to--day use; they're also very quick & efficient once you've got them figured out (which can take some time). Nothing really - but if there's anything specific about their product / service please feel free ask away :) It has been great being able fix…

  • Very user friendly interface, even non tech savvy people find themselves learning quickly.
  • Support team is available 24 hours 7 days per year!!!

Great experience working in conjunction between therapists and techs

It was easy for our staff members with different computer skills levels to learn how Aura works! We were able to use it across all departments as well as home-based therapy clients (who have not been transitioned from paper charts). I only wish they had more features than what we are using now but that would require them updating their software which might take time because there's so much competition out here right now trying to bring something new into this space. Great product in helping better communicate w customers

I like that it helps with our billing process as we are able to track each client for their appointments quickly! It gives us detailed information about clients including current medication intake/meds they received during appointment time so tracking who needs what when can help reduce mistakes or errors made from miscommunication between provider & patient (which happens sometimes). Sometimes there isn't enough info available within system depending if user has filled out previous notes…

  • Makes sure all medical records is saved accurately throughout entire course of care giving service offered; provides accurate data keeping record easily accessible upon request ; offers excellent scheduling capabilities allowing doctors

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Easy way record info while providing care remotely

I like that it allows me all my information at one place - no more filling out 2 different forms or having multiple visits just for billing issues! It's super easy-to use with its user friendly interface which makes any training time minimal compared to other systems we've used before (at least when you have people who know what they're doing). We really appreciate how up front Drs are about their expectations from us as patients/clients regarding patient privacy & security online vs paper…
