The settings are perfect. I use different settings for different parts of my mouth and the large tank is perfect, although I still have to fill it up twice to treat my whole mouth, but I use it in the shower so no problem. I got quite a few uses from it before I had to reload it. You get extra tips for other family members, but it was so awesome, this baby is mine, all mine. My husband has his own! The color is nice too. I wasn't really expecting that, but it's beautiful. Most importantly, it performs just as well, if not better than established brands. The DIY setup is good although I didn't have to use it. Automatic settings work fine for me. I had a question that the tip rotates easily BUT not when you try to use it. It stays in place during use, but if you wish you can adjust it during use. The proof is in the pudding. I didn't have to brush much and my gum problems have improved and will only get better with continued use. I definitely recommend this product.
