More than 10 years behind the wheel, tested a lot of different winter tires (studs, Velcro, all kinds) on cars of different classes. Decided to write a review for the first time about this rubber. Buy it or not - your decision, I'm just expressing my opinion. Rubber is installed on the BMW X1, a fairly heavy and dynamic car. What I liked is the responsiveness to gas and braking on a dry))) road (almost no slip). In the city and on the highway, it keeps the road on a solid 4, but up to 105-120 km / h (highway / highway) - the speed is higher, it starts to "float". It also brakes well on snowy roads and moderately well on ice. I was quite pleased with this sample, YET I didn’t get on a snowy road, with a wet “porridge”, i. E. exactly in the element for which this winter studded tire was created. When rebuilding (there was a mushy snow track) and overtaking, I had to reduce the speed on the highway to 50!-60! km/h, because the car simply lost its grip on the road, threw it in all directions unpredictably . While the neighbors in the direction of travel were doing this maneuver without reducing the speed to 90 and above. On a cleared road from snow, but with "rolls" and bumps - the same picture, poor handling, do not hold the road. In a word, after the first test in the true element, i. E. in winter conditions, there was a great desire to replace them (with previously proven and rather parody brands) and forget forever . I have not experienced such adrenaline since driving a VAZ 2106 at Belshina in the first frosts (when there was light ice in the morning). Once again, this is my opinion, based on the experience of using these tires (I drove 15 thousand km on them). Install them on your car or not, decide for yourself.
