Fits ok. Still install this part and update later. So far my observations. The factory pickup uses metal threaded coil inserts, this one does not. The pre-drilled holes use Corse-threaded metal screws. Not critical, time will tell how it will be. On the plus side, you don't have an insert to cut out. The installation was almost perfect, as far as everything aligned enough to screw on. Suitable, and the factory is also not suitable due to updates. I have to bend, hammer and probably weld everything to make them work. Oh, and the package was rubbish. The inlet was nearly damaged due to manual handling by the USPS. The air intake parts were sticking out of the box and the single layer of bubble wrap was practically useless.
