We've worked with Capterra for several months and it couldn;'ve gone better
The ease of use is one thing I like best about this software! It's very user friendly so anyone can learn how to operate quickly without any training needed from our team members who are proficient in using other systems as well.
There really isn't anything bad at all when we have used their services over the past few years now. They do what they say will be done within stated timeframes which has been great since many companies don’t always deliver or work according to expectations given by customers/clients (or even employees).
Pros
- Easy interface
- Ease of access for users both internal an external
- Ability with system updates, etc.
- Reliable service delivery times compared across multiple industries / business sectors globally no matter where it may take place around world; e.g., Asia Pacific region(s), US marketplaces..etc
Cons
- There are troubles
