We've worked with Capterra for several months and it couldn;'ve gone better

The ease of use is one thing I like best about this software! It's very user friendly so anyone can learn how to operate quickly without any training needed from our team members who are proficient in using other systems as well. There really isn't anything bad at all when we have used their services over the past few years now. Great software to help manage and organize staff in the hospitality industry

The software is very easy to use, has great reporting capabilities which are really helpful for our business needs! I wish there were more color options available in some of their reports but its not too big of deal as they have many different types of colors so we can pick what fits best into our environment/branding efforts. Great Customer Service, Easy To Use Software

The best thing about tension pack is how easy to use they are! I love being able to do all of my packing in one place without having to go back into other programs or call someone else for help when i get stuck. It would be nice if there was more options like different sizes so that we could have multiple products at once but this isn't really much of an issue since we only deal with two items per week (at least right now). Tension Packaging - Excellent Customer Service

I like how easy to use this software is once we had our own account set up so we could access all of our packages easier than before from any computer in house or out side! The only thing i dislike about tension packagings automation is when they send invoices monthly instead of weekly which makes us loose alot of money if its not corrected right away by them.
