Review on Tension Packaging & Automation by Mark Jefferson

I like how easy to use this software is once we had our own account set up so we could access all of our packages easier than before from any computer in house or out side! The only thing i dislike about tension packagings automation is when they send invoices monthly instead of weekly which makes us loose alot of money if its not corrected right away by them. Great customer service as well as great product. It really helps get rid of paper work because everything can be done online now. I like how they are able to customize their products to fit our needs. They have a lot of options when it comes to customizing our products. It's very easy to use, you can't go wrong with them! Their customer service is amazing as well. We used them for our packing boxes for our mailings. The cost was competitive and they were able to get us what we needed in a timely manner.
