Discontinued product? -- No app support

I bought one and used it for a year and a half, and then early this year 2020, around the end of January, the app login stopped working. I can't log into the app to adjust the light or watch the video. Light on/off time and video are not available. Now it's like a ghost product that does whatever it wants to turn the light on and off by itself. This product seems to be obsolete and no one supports it anymore. Let me know if this can still work.
