I like that it allows me to track my employees, their hours worked each day, what they have done in those hours as well as any emergencies or issues that may arise with them during work time. It also has an easy way for me to keep up-to-date with all of my clients' information which helps when trying to schedule appointments. The only thing i dislike about this program is how slow it can be at times. Sometimes you will see something pop up and then minutes later nothing happens. This makes scheduling difficult sometimes because there are so many other things going on around you. If your looking for a simple tracking system than this one does just that! We use the software to check in with our nurses every morning after we send off reports from the previous night's shift.
