I like that it is easy to access from anywhere, so if you're in an emergency situation or need info at work, you can quickly pull up your patient's chart! It helps us keep track of patients who are seen by multiple providers during one visit/treatments, which makes billing easier when we send out bills later down the road.

We didn't really have any issues with this program - everything just worked perfectly fine without having problems accessing our information from home. If there was something lacking about its functionality, perhaps adding more options would be beneficial? That being said though, once set-up properly, zhealth does all that needs doing. The benefit has been ease of use while also allowing my provider colleagues to easily see their schedules before they come into clinic each day.
