The ability for customers or employees from multiple departments (Sales/Service) can see all of their messages in one place with clickable links which makes it easy when you have several people working together that are not located at your office location! It would be nice if there was an option where I could add myself as "Owner" so they know who is sending them emails but this isn't something we were able ask about during our free trial period since its still under development - however once complete will make life easier :) We wanted better visibility into communication across teams within my organization while also having access via mobile devices without needing email accounts set up first like some other products do today.
