Installed on a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4. This is the third K&N air intake I've installed (2 Chevy's and now a Ram) and it was the easiest install of the three (none was difficult but this was the easiest). I didn't buy this recording for the sound, so that's not the purpose of this review. Extra torque and horsepower are as advertised. But on both my 1994 K1500 and 2014 Ram, the cool air intake also helps keep engine and transmission temperatures much cooler when towing compared to the stock intake boxes. I'm towing a 5600 lb RV with my Ram, and the engine and transmission temps stay pretty close to stock pickup when I'm NOT even towing! That's right, when I tow a K&N my engine and transmission are kept at the same temperatures as the stock pickup when I'm not towing. The price is worth it and then some.
