Every Other Day Only: Ram Air Kit

So I spent some time looking for a reception , I did I finally decided to go for it and not for a cheap way out. Arrived faster than expected, yesterday I installed it, the installation was pretty easy, I took my time. Sounds great, have fun with it. I've only had it for a day, but I love deciding what to do next

Perfectly fits 2012 Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi.

The instructions weren't the best and had to be unfolded into a giant sheet, but I already knew most of it so it wasn't too bad. If you're not sure, check out a few YouTube videos. All the details were there, everything worked well. Installed on a 2012 Ram 5.7 Hemi, it slightly increased throttle response and torque. Exhaust and engine are rougher and sound better.

Replaced K&N filter on stock air intake

This review is of the product and does not reflect Revain, packaging, shipping or product description. I did notice a more aggressive roar in my Ram 1500's 5.7 liter engine, but I couldn't tell any difference in horsepower or acceleration due to my smooth driving style. I already had a K&N filter on the stock air intake for 1/6 the price. I could spend my $300 or so on something else I needed.

A must have, especially when towing

Installed on a 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn 4x4. This is the third K&N air intake I've installed (2 Chevy's and now a Ram) and it was the easiest install of the three (none was difficult but this was the easiest). I didn't buy this recording for the sound, so that's not the purpose of this review. Extra torque and horsepower are as advertised. But on both my 1994 K1500 and 2014 Ram, the cool air intake also helps keep engine and transmission temperatures much cooler when towing compared to the stock…

K&N 57-1561 FITS 2010 DODGE RAM 5.7L

Delivery within 2 days as expected. Everything was well packaged with instructions. The heat shield comes with two different shield attachment options. A shield for '97 and older Rams. The second sign (without the cutout) was made for Rams '98 - 2015. The installation took about 1 hour. Use Youtube for visual demonstrations. The more experience, the faster it will be. After a few days of driving I definitely noticed a nice "hum" around 2-3k rpm. Throttle response is quicker and MPG is up…
