Delivery within 2 days as expected. Everything was well packaged with instructions. The heat shield comes with two different shield attachment options. A shield for '97 and older Rams. The second sign (without the cutout) was made for Rams '98 - 2015. The installation took about 1 hour. Use Youtube for visual demonstrations. The more experience, the faster it will be. After a few days of driving I definitely noticed a nice "hum" around 2-3k rpm. Throttle response is quicker and MPG is up 1.5mpg. New fully synthetic oil change and Super 93 petrol. Definitely adds a nice touch under the hood compared to the stock CAI. Featuring multiple K&N decals and a CARB certified decal. Overall very satisfied with the product. Now I'm going to add long headers, a 3" off-road Y-pipe and a Spintech Super Pro 9000 muffler. I hope it helps.
