It works great with the Silverado 1500 and feels heavier, no pun intended. I would like to know what the manufacturer thinks is the difference between this one and the one that costs $115-130 online. I'm guessing it's supply and demand they should be selling more for 1500. The only thing I can guess is that it might not work on aluminum wheels, I doubt anyone has spare aluminum wheels. Some people here have said to lubricate the cable upon installation, but it looks like they've already treated it with some kind of black coating. I'm pretty sure the previous owner got frustrated trying to lower the wheel and just cut the cable. I'm so glad to get this bike out of bed. I REPEAT, AT 1500 WORKS EXCELLENT.
