I would give 0 stars if possible. The pads and helmet are very cheap. Don't waste money on them. The helmet has almost no padding and the pads are very thin. I only fell once and my wrist guards are already broken. I think they actually cause more injuries in a fall. I wish I hadn't sent them back because they didn't even look sturdy, but I figured they might be fine for a while. Obviously not if they break after a fall. Anyone who says they are good quality clearly hasn't used them or is delusional!
