Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Mateusz Mazurkiewicz ᠌

Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.

I also remembered the moment about the strength of this particular model. As soon as I bought and installed it, literally after 1.5 months on the side of the rubber I cut off a piece of rubber somewhere in deep snow to a cord about a penny coin, poured rubber glue there so that water would not get in and with such a thing I roll on this rubber until now. No hernia, no gaps. I have the size: 215/60 f16"

Pros
  • Excellent tires. Excellent rowing on any snow (thanks to the deep Christmas tree tread) and ice. Excellent brakes, and this is the main factor of choice for me, because. the main thing is not to disperse your projectile faster than anyone else, but the main thing is to stop it. For my experience since 1998, I have ridden on many brands of rubber and on different cars, starting with the VAZ-21099 and the GY UltraGrip400, and so it was GY that I liked the most, both in price and in cross-country ability, predictability, durability and controllability. Haka is also a good rubber, BUT: the price and its weakness are depressing. Haka with a good blow goes with a screw and you can’t do anything else with it. This rubber went on my VW Sharan 2 weighing 1.8 tons for three seasons, but more than 60 thousand km, during this distance, of course, it lost some of the spikes - this is natural wear. Many write, they say, weak, not passable, etc. - guys, let's not argue with the laws of physics, and experience with adequacy does not interfere with gaining. Everyone, good luck on the road.
Cons
  • A little noise, but this criterion can be set for any studded rubber. Some more, some a little less, but still they buzz more than not studded.
