Too bad. I received an item that was previously returned and it was broken. Wow! All hidden details of returning goods, so trouble. That shouldn't be my problem and I shouldn't lose $35. Nobody checks whether the return is a product. It's so easy to give back, they say, if you love hooping, you'll be fine. You have 30 days to return it, print it out within 7 days and then take it to this location, it should be tomorrow (ie 1 day) that's 50 miles. All because it's possible to ship and charge for a defective item that someone should have known about.
