The eyes are really open!
I crochet a lot and use these blunt needles with a big eye. Most of the ones I've bought are standard quality (with torn edges in the eye holes). I was thrilled when I opened my package and found a variety of sizes of smooth, well-defined, durable needles with open holes that I could actually use. I will happily buy them again :)
