I'm new to the world of crocheting, but I'm seriously addicted (huh, got it? crochet - addicted to crochet - today I'm a bit silly). I bought this item on a whim - I think I saw it on Pinterest and thought I just needed it for fun. I tried working with this today and I'm having trouble getting the yarn to slide easily. It wants to pull or skip rather than slide when I'm working with stitches. Maybe I'm just using the wrong yarn. I used a Susan Bates metal hook which I really like, but I tossed this Lite crochet hook in my tote bag and just gave it a try today. All in all, this is a great concept. Maybe I just need a smaller size.
