Fits well, easy to apply, saved me $50 as it fits more universally than the direct fit part 80943. Smog-legal CA on my Wrangler 95 and it passed on first try so can't beat it. For those interested, I replaced my entire exhaust system from front pipe to tailpipe, including a new $300 Mopar O2 sensor with parts from Revain. The best price I got at local muffler stores was $300 for a catalytic converter ONLY replacement.
