Great user friendly software system and great customer service
The ease of use for both staff as well has patients using it! I wish we could have more patient portal integration but there are ways around this by having our own web page with all their information (patient info/forms).
We love how easy everything comes together in one place so everyone can stay organized at once instead multiple spreadsheets or files - no time wasted going back & forth trying find what they need- just click here if something pops up while talking about them from another person who may not be familiar wth where things exist within ClinicaController.- Patient Portal Integration would really make life easier when looking into getting insurance coverage through us because now i dont even HAVE TO look outside my office anymore!!
- How many forms that were previously needed to keep records, notes etc.are consolidated under 1 single program which is accessible anywhere without needing any special passwords nor remembering logins..easy access wherever you go!!! Also very streamlined user friendly platform makes managing clinic run smooth like butter..no waiting period between procedures...very happy overall experience thus far
