Clinic Controller Review

It's very easy to set up and customize as needed. The reports are also great. We've had some issues with the patient portal but have been able to work through them quickly. It would be nice if there was a way to import our existing data from another program (like we did in Medisoft). It has helped us organize our paper files so much easier than before. The ability for me as an administrator of the software to be able to monitor all aspects of my organization from one platform. I am not sure if it's because we are in our first year with this product or what but there have been some glitches here and there which has caused us to lose time trying to figure out why certain things aren't working correctly. We really like how easy it is to use the program once you get used to its layout. It can take awhile before everything starts clicking for you,

The ease of use for both staff as well has patients using it! I wish we could have more patient portal integration but there are ways around this by having our own web page with all their information (patient info/forms). The best part of this software has been its ability for easy data entry from phone calls or text messages as well at keeping track with our appointment times in real time!
