Review on Artesian by Dan Phillips

I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support team who are very knowledgeable about our business needs/problems we face daily as an organization in managing water infrastructure assets across multiple states (and countries). The system does not have all of my favorite features but those available do what they need for us which makes this product work well overall! We can now easily track asset information including location history with photos from field technicians when needed or requested by customers at any given time during their project life cycle using mobile devices such as smartphones / tablets etc., so no more having paper copies lying around office area waiting until next phase where data entry would be required again - just pull up photo & enter info into database instead!!
