I like how easy it was to use this program compared with other programs we have used in the past. The customer service at bill flight support did not do anything wrong or give any bad feedbacks about our account. They were just very helpful when they received my emails requesting help and answered them immediately. We are able to track every single detail of each project including hours worked by employees as well as expenses incurred during projects. This helped us save money since most companies charge per hour which makes managing your budget difficult. It would also benefit you if you work remotely because there's nothing stopping you from using this product while working away from home. There really isn't much that i dislike but maybe some people may find things inconvenient such as having to log into their accounts multiple times throughout the day instead of logging once then being logged off until next business morning. For me personally, its convenient knowing exactly where my clients spend their funds so I know what areas need more.
