I only used this refractometer for one batch of beer, but I can't imagine life without it. I was able to quickly and accurately assess the wort density at each stage, including monitoring the washed wort every 5 minutes. Only a few drops of spice are required for a clear result. The only thing I don't like is the slight twisting of the eyepiece, which can get a little blurry over time. I highly recommend this product, especially for the price you can find at Revain. Buy now!
