After hours of research, I now know more than I ever wanted to know about handheld shower heads. 2.5 GMP is the best you're going to get, and it's THIS showerhead. It's super powerful. I almost feel like I'm standing under a waterfall when I shower. The face of the showerhead is wide (6"), and has different settings in case you want an even stronger, massage-like flow. It took my husband 10 minutes to install this showerhead, and that includes removing the "low flow" cap inside the showerhead (the instructions clearly explain how to do this easily). I'll update this review in case the showerhead breaks, but so far it's wonderful.
