Bought because I hate ice on my windshield in the mornings. Too long to sit and wait for it to thaw. So I read some reviews and thought maybe this would help get rid of the ice on the windshield. yes it helps a little. Maybe I'm not applying correctly? Maybe I have too high expectations? Maybe it doesn't work on ice and I just didn't read it in the description? Maybe it actually works exactly as intended. no cases, so I have nothing to compare. But the ice on the windshield remained. Just a little less ice. So I still have to defrost my car every morning. Don't get me wrong, I understand that I still need to defrost, now I don't have to defrost it 15 minutes before going out, only 13. For some reason I also thought the material would be different. It's basically like a plastic tarp that you put on your windshield. I could probably just buy a large one of these.
