Great Tool But Needs Some Tutorial Videos

I like that it allows me as an agent/rep access all of my customers' information in order not only allow us contact them but also get their consent before making any changes or moving forward! It's very easy once you've logged into your own dashboard - just click where they tell yo uto do so!! There are several different things i dislike about this tool; 1) there isn't anywhere near enough training available (2 days would be fine!).

2). As stated above we don"t have time at work nor should anyone else spend hours learning how something works if someone shows up ready &amp Ready without having done said research themselves beforehand which has happened multiple times 3.) when adding users from other companies who use another program than our system doesnot sync over unless its completely changed 4.). This really needs some kindof tutorial guide made by actual employees.
